1. Appointment Booking

  • Appointments can be made via phone, online, or in-person.

  • A valid credit card is required to secure bookings.

2. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee.

  • No-shows will be charged the full appointment fee.

3. Health Disclosure

  • Clients must inform the therapist of any medical conditions, allergies, or injuries before the session.

  • It is the client's responsibility to consult with a doctor before receiving massage therapy if necessary.

4. Conduct

  • Clients are expected to maintain respectful behavior towards staff and other clients.

  • Inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated and may result in termination of the session without a refund.

5. Payment

  • Payment is due at the time of service.

  • We accept cash, credit cards, and other specified payment methods.

6. Gratuity

  • Gratuity is appreciated but not mandatory. Suggestions are typically 15-20% of the service price.

7. Service Changes

  • Lotus Thai Massage reserves the right to modify or cancel services if the therapist deems it necessary for the client’s safety or well-being.

8. Liability Waiver

  • Clients must sign a liability waiver prior to the first session, acknowledging the risks associated with massage therapy.

9. Confidentiality

  • Client information and session details are kept confidential in accordance with privacy laws.

10. Amendments

  • Lotus Thai Massage reserves the right to update these terms and conditions. Clients will be notified of significant changes.
